"Wedding Destination" will also include a company, "Farm Houses", a 5-star residence wedding destination project spread over 15 acres.

"Farm Houses" is a state-of-the-art project where you can book a party venue for 100 to 3,000 people, from birthdays to weddings and every celebration of life. It will also have 125 rooms in two blocks, which can accommodate around 400 guests.

Over 1,00,000 sq.ft of fully landscaped party lawns and over 30,000 sq.ft of highly flexible party halls. A gazebo on an island in a man-made lake for ceremonies, terrace lawns for youth parties, and much more.

Farm Houses and the hospitality side of L7 Group

Farm Houses is part of the hospitality and celebrations side of L7 Group, planned as a 15-acre residence and event project with landscaped party lawns, flexible party halls and guest accommodation in two blocks.

The idea behind it is simple: a single place that works for a birthday of a hundred people and for a wedding of three thousand, without either feeling out of scale. Over 1,00,000 sq. ft. of lawns and more than 30,000 sq. ft. of halls make that possible, with a gazebo on an island in a man-made lake for ceremonies and terrace lawns for smaller gatherings.

It sits beside the group's other hospitality work: Chattarpur Farms, the 85-acre wedding destination.

A venue of this kind lives or dies on how it handles the practical things around a celebration: where guests park, where they stay, how food moves from kitchen to lawn, and how a ceremony stays unaffected by the party being set up behind it. Space is what makes that possible, which is why the lawns, halls and rooms are planned together rather than added one at a time.

The project is being developed by L7 Group alongside its other hospitality businesses.

Guest accommodation is planned in two blocks holding about 125 rooms, enough for roughly 400 guests to stay on site, so that a multi-day wedding does not have to move people between the venue and hotels in the city. For celebrations of 100 to 3,000 people, the lawns, halls and rooms can be combined differently for each event.
