His profound experience and adroitness in business matters enabled him to mentor the Group and steer the wheels in the right direction. He was a mentor, philosopher and a disciplined leader of the esteemed L7 Group.

Mrs. Monica Khemka

Director, Neuzen Finance Pvt. Ltd.

Monica Khemka is a dynamic leader in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director at Neuzen Finance Pvt. Ltd. With a strong background in software development and financial management, Monica plays a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the organization. She has previously held key positions at McKesson, where she spearheaded projects that improved healthcare technology integration, and at Google, where she contributed to cutting-edge software solutions that enhanced user experience and operational efficiency.

Mr. Sanket Khemka

Head of Technology, L7 Group

Sanket Khemka is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in software and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at L7 Group, Sanket has held senior roles in renowned organizations like Cisco, where he excelled in deploying and managing complex network infrastructures. His expertise spans across big data analytics, SaaS, unified communications, data center operations, and cloud computing protocols.

Sanket holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, an MBA in Marketing from the U.S., and has completed the Executive Advanced Program in General Management (EAPGM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.

Mr. Suraj Agrawal

Director & CEO, Food Processing

Suraj Agrawal is the Director and CEO of the businesses in the food processing sector and has defined a new paradigm of success in the arena of food processing. The deteriorating quality of grain during its processing was a big concern. Suraj Agrawal has been pivotal in laying a quality-oriented process to process food grains without affecting its nutrient levels. He looks after the business units of L7 Group which deal with food grain processing.

Dhiraj Agrawal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and joined the family business immediately after completing his studies. He has a major role to play when it comes to elevating the portfolio of L7 Group in the energy sector. He is nimble at identifying the right opportunities in this sector and has developed an elite footprint of L7 Group in this arena.

Mr. Neeraj Agrawal

Director & CEO, Steel Processing

Neeraj Agrawal takes over the reins of the L7 Steel Processing units. Since the inception of the venture in the year 2009, he has broadened the spectrum of steel processing and casting. Under his guidance, the company takes on various projects that deal with steel processing and manufacturing high quality finished steel equipment. He uses his expertise in this area to deliver high performance and achieve customer delight.

Mr. Sameet Khatri

Director, Chattarpur Farms

Sameet Khatri plays an awe-inspiring role when it comes to mining an exotic portfolio of L7 Group in real estate and infrastructure development. He has an uncanny way of gauging the consumer pulse which makes him come up with infrastructure projects which are way beyond the “me-too” types. Under his guidance, L7 Group has come up with the prestigious Chattarpur project which houses luxurious farm villas across an area of 85 acres, spectacular wedding destinations and residential & commercial projects.
